Glad to see you finally made it on the board Dave, but this is the Four Aces national roll call thread. DMC is this weekend so hopefully we will see you out at this one, it is our next club meeting.

2012 Duramax 4x4 is in the parking lot with about 500 miles now. 1/2 tank of fuel run through it. It is totally AWESOME. If my 2005 was leaps ahead of anything else I've had, this one is 10x that! Can't believe how quiet it is and how nice it rides.

GLAD to hear the news
I know Lila wasn't too keen on Deisels, from hearing the Fords/Dodges rattle.
My 08 is quieter than than the 04 Gasser since its not always reved up while towing, you will notice when the fan kicks in, but it needs to get well over 200* for that to happen and it only happens 2 times going out to Spangler (Cajon and the hill after the RXR tracks)
Just don't get another GM/Ford/Dodge battle going over at RV.net ;D

Donn, two words. YOU SUCK!
I wish I had that truck but I am glad I don't have any car payments more.

Thats what "SUCKS" about mine, The Gasser was paid off and was not a bad truck, just would not pull Our rig decently.
-
Thanks Bob and Chris.
Got the bed liner sprayed in Wed. and the hitch in yesterday, all ready to tow the trailer once I fix the landing gear.
Sure glad I don't have any payments either ;D

It's almost time, how many racers do we have?
-
three from bishop, still waiting on the # of prospects i am bringing.
-
We should be there Sunday before the Banner drops, NOT going to race, but will help as needed.
Can't make the meeting on Saturday, but if you people decide to collect donations for "Save J V" I am good with that.
-
Sorry we didn't see you out there. We had a great turnout this weekend. We had 12 riders if I am counting right. Only one injury but it appears to be minor and mostly road rash on a wrist.
We did start a donation fund for the Save Johnson Valley fund and we collected over $200 so far. More to come later but I am tired. First desert race on a bike in about 14 years and boy am I out of shape.

Call Me a "Wuss", the wind and clouds changed my mind about heading out.

That's too bad, the weather was actually pretty nice yesterday, got a bit breezy late in the afternoon, we had to wait for a prospect to finish so it was close to 4:00 before we left. Great turnout, fun first loop, don't know how anybody did since they're not doing finisher boards anymore. I had fun for sure.
