So the slow move back to two wheels has begun.
Just brought this home tonight. I was talking to a friend at one of my clients today and they were selling it which was one of my two choices.
Now I just need to get my KX 250 going again.
The count is now 2 Kawasaki, 2 Honda and 1 Yamaha. I don't plan on adding any Sasuckies though. ;D

that looks like a good little bike for Nate

Adam started out on a quad 50, then a TTR50, then a TTR110, now a TTR125.
I rode bikes in the 70's, ATC's in the 80-90's, quads in 04, back to bikes in 06.

My son Luke has this bike with the training wheels as his 1st gas powered ride and it has been great for him. I think your son will love it. Very nice to be able to adjust the speed depend on his level of confidence, with the throttle screw.

The only negative (A MINOR one)I have seen to the little 50's bikes, its hard to navigate soft sand on them.
it requires some attention when you take them for a ride to stay away from the soft stuff.

Well for the moment he has the training wheels on it so the sand may be more of a spinning rear wheel issue for now. ;D
As soon as he is comfortable with the feel of it I want to get the training wheels off so he doesn't ride it like his quad.
We were going to get one for him for Christmas but since this deal came up and we have these trips planned, we thought we would let him have some fun now instead of waiting.

Very cool.

Riding a bike is like attaching a rubberband to your baseball, it always comeback to where it started.
So hurry up already! ;)
