Been racking my brain trying to find a weekend that we can get together and remember Russ in the desert and go to the Husky and set a memorial. Thought I'd toss it out on our board for others' opinions. All I need is a date, Kyle and I will take care of everything else. I'd like to find a date that does not conflict with a race so we can do a club ride as well.
Right now I'm seeing November 14/15 as a good open weekend and its still two weeks before Thanksgiving.
Details to follow but of course we'll be in the Red Mountain/Cal City area.
Another idea just came to me. Dave Pruett's big bash is the weekend after that, the weekend before Thanksgiving. Do we combine with that? Or would that be too much?
WWRD (What Would Russ Do)?
Thoughts from others?

I'm for either, we may want to call Pruitt and get his thoughts.

I tend to lean toward the 14/15 so we can do what we want/need as a club but I'm open.
Agree, we can't just barge in on his big event. Can someone contact him?
More feedback please.
