Charlie Jr. along w/ family and friends have planned a Celebration of Life for our always entertaining member and friend 'Charlie". The celebration is scheduled for 2PM April 30th. It will be held at 9375 Rocky Canyon Rd in the southern end of Atascadero, CA. RIP Charlie
ps If you can't make, it take a moment on the 30th to tip a cold MGD (Miller Genuine Draft (bottles ONLY)) in his memory! That's the way he would have wanted it!!!

The Powell Family and Friends put together a GREAT celebration of life for 'Da Blur'!!! Charlie III's ranchette was a perfect setting for the 150+ attendies. Plenty of Charlie memorabilia and pictures of his Life wer on display! There was more than enough food and drink to go around w/ a noticable flavor of MGD (Miller Genuine Draft) on hand!!! Members Eric Miller, Bart Blackenship, Steve Huntzinger, Jim Alford, Mike Dion and the whole family w/ D37 member John Parks were attendance. There were plenty of stories going around of all aspects of his life! RIP Charlie - you will be missed.

Glad to hear we had good representation and sorry we couldn't be there.
Huntzinger was there? That's the first sighting by anyone in some time.

So sorry we missed out he was represented by us at the Virginia City G.P. They dedicated the race to him. According to Moto Mouth the announcer Charlie didn't just win the VCGP, he won the very first. Jon took his passing very hard and told everyone he came in contact with about his friend. I will miss him another true legend. So many memories such a character. So proud of his family. Da' Blur
