Happy belated birthday Johann, I know you were looking forward to this one, you told me at the meeting. Like I told your Dad, don't get in too much of a hurry, these damn birthdays come too quick as you get older.

You're not late!  Today is his Birthday - 4/20 - I'll make sure he sees all your wishes so he feels the Viewie luv!

Unfortunately I don't get home until late. However, last night, I made a whole herb roasted chicken with asparagus and roasted red potatoes.

Today I made protein - veal scaloppini alla marsala.. starch - Mushroom risotto topped with fresh parmesan cheese.. the greens - for tonight were a mix of green beans and asparagus (all fresh of course).

Then I made a pork chop braised in a Sauce Robert.. served with deutscher kartoffelsalat (warm German potato salad).. Greens - same as above...


Instead of his sister's delightful creations, he headed out to Claim Jumper with mom, dad, grandma, & the Meek family...

My bro got some rather *interesting* gifts tonight to say the least .. all of which cater to that of an 18 year old BOY...... GROSSSSSSSSSSS
