Just to let all of you know, John and I will be coming to your Gran Prix in Ridgecrest, like we did last year!  Look for us, in the big yellow rig inside the fairgrounds...We look forward to seeing you all there and wish you the best of luck at the race...

p.s.  We'll be out at Charlie's Place at the Lost Coyotes race this weekend!

UPDATE!   We'll be arriving early on Friday, so if anyone is interested in having us open for dinner that night, please post here.  If we get enough requests, we'll fire up the smoker!

Thanks Brian, we're glad you like the Pulled Pork...be sure to try the Beef Brisket or the Ribs next weekend!
