One is a national hare and hound and the other is a regular hare and hound.....And then there are the International hare and hounds....I don't even have a clue what those are.

National hare n' hounds are generally a little more difficult than a regular hare n' hound

A National Hare & Hound is a series within a series essentially... The national Hare & Hound has its own series... Awards banquet, points, racing events etc. etc.
