We are very likely going to make it out, I have not raced since 2009 HBMC and its time to get back out again. /;/
And I had another CT scan yesterday, Dr says it looks good with no sign that the Cancer has spread and that some "things" that they were concerned with from the last scans were gone. Good News for the 1 year checkup.
One Dr said try to fall on the right side, since that arm is much stronger, Yea right !
The other Dr said, so the Cancer didn't kill you, now you go out and try to kill yourself on a motorycle :o

Thats the plan, as long as school work and attitude stay in check. I will be working on the hard tail which is supposed to be a soft tail this weekend. It might help him out a little. I talked to the Mammoth boys, Jason Piper, Brian and Neil, sound like they are in.

That sounds great. I don't think you need to do anything to make that kid any faster though, he is hauling already!
It would be great if the Mammoth guys can make it too. You need to get them signed up here on the message board too.

Just put my Dez numbers on and prepped the bike Thursday, been 3 years since I RACED, I mean "rode an event" :-[

I had it all planned out I even took Friday and Monday off to race both days, well so much for plans. I couldn't get the motorhome smoged last week or this weekend so now it puts me into next Saturday morning. So now I'm shooting for late afternoon Saturday (hopefully for the meeting) .

Usually they are kept inside to minimise the damage.

Last weekend was expensive as far as fuel goes, filled both "daily drivers" at $75 each, and another $85 for gas for the Rhino and bike.
Luckily the the truck is full and the trailer has about 15+ gallons in the tank. Change is all I have left :P

Leave a spot for Us late arrivals, probably Saturday early afternoon in plenty of time to make the meeting and to take a short ride as a "tune up".
Possible showers on Sat afternoon/evening, wouldn't that be nice, as long as its after the Kids race.

We had a great turnout this weekend. Thanks to everyone that came out. I had a lot of fun on both courses but not everyone liked course B on Sunday.

Had a great time, good seeing all of you.
Only did 1 loop Sunday on "A" course, there was a big bottle neck at the only major hill and it probably took 15-20 mins to get around it, by that time the leader was on Her 3rd loop and passed me near home check. I am happy that I was able to ride and finish a loop since I have not raced in 3 years. /;/
I was actually making up some ground on 3 other riders and was having fun when the "hill" got in the way, all 4 of Us and a few more behind us had to find a way around the mess.
Stuff hurts today that I did not even know I had, but I felt good to be out there.
Next stop for Us will be Vikings, I will be Pit captain, see you then.

Ryder says sorry :-* he was such a grouch with the other dogs, He is still getting used to being around the other dogs and it was only his 4th trip to the Dez. By Sunday afternoon he was able to be off leash and out of the crate and made friends with some of the dogs. He is not really agressive, but barks and growls when he is playing with Dezzie as well, He will get better.

Thanks for the video Bob but I don't feel bad because that wasn't me. I will watch the whole video but at 6:49, that is Vince, not me. ;)

Ok, so he passed me at 20:36 going out on the 2nd lap. He was one of the few that passed me and I remember him passing me there. One other guy passed me in the back section and was going faster than I wanted to try and keep up with.

AGAIN, I was NOT making fun of you or Vince, I got passed by the few that got slower starts than I and only passed one person who could not get HER bike started after stalling on a downhill. :-[ :-[ :-[
I was thinking you might be able to get some pics to post on Facebook from the video.

Cool, Saturday I got a 12th OA and 7th in class out of 34 riders and Sunday a 9th OA and 6th in class out of 25 riders. I am good with that at this point. ;D
Oh and Bob, I wasn't taking your posts as being negative at all. :-*
