Lets go Racing!
Current Head count = 81

So since we are trying to get everyone in the club to go to this one race, lets get the roll call going early! We are looking at doing a club BBQ and potluck on Saturday if it looks like it is going to be a good turnout. Lets take over the start line and finish area and really let EVERYONE SEE THE VIEWIE COLORS! We are also planning on a couple of "Special" custom made gifts for everyone that shows up so don't be left out!

Dusty, Mongo (pit), Angela, and I (racing) will be there Saturday.
There will be prospects there as well, everyone bring any extra jerseys you might have!

Everyone please respond ASAP if you are coming! We need time to get the stuff made and don't want to waste money making to many or not having enough for everyone.
We also need to plan the food so we need to now the head count. If you know people are coming that aren't on the message board or haven't responded please let us know.

i am making chili for my side. sean is in with salt gracie and maybe mike. i picked a possible prospect yesterday so thats 5 more chris.

Wait a minute here. You said there would be 3 of you and now you are saying 2 racers. Does that mean Russ is going to throw his leg over a bike at the starting line??? :o

I'm thinking if we have a alot of pit help, I have purchased a desert number and if someone covered my dutes I maybe able to put my boots on the start ine. It has been awhile but I could go ride around and get in everyones way. Just thinking!! :-@

I will be there to help Mongo (NOT like He needs any) we will cover your duties, well most of them anyways ;D

I don't know if I am supposed to post everything seperate or not so..... We have a now clean guest jersey in the pit bag and I believe we have 1 maybe 2 of the VF vests.
Also, if you have any zip up, hooded, black sweat shirts we need a medium and large

There will be enough help to take care of the pits, Mongo has the first 20, I can take care of the rest ;D
I have never seen so many racers since I started to "guest pit" with the Viewies, I Have heard so many positive comments about Our new found attendance, Keep it up.
I invited another prospect, would be nice to see 25 riders in "club colors"

So the games will begin at 2:00. There will be barrel racing, a slow race, and blacked out goggles. There will also be a washer tournament. There may be other games added as we progress through the weekend. Bring your dollar bills you may need them!
