I've got a completely street legal XR600...And it doesn't fall under the Aaron legal category.  I even ride it to work occasionally.  I want to see someone try to jack with me about it's legality!

Yea but you live in AZ, they allow plated lawnmowers there don't they?

In the great state of Arizona you can make anything street legal.  Rhinos and lifted golf carts are registered as motorcycles somehow.  All you have to do is walk in and show them insurance and they will sell you a plate for about anything you can think of.  And yes I have seen a few plated riding mowers too.  My 600 is actually completely legal though, it has to be, I ride it to work into the "Communist Republic of California".  AKA the state of confusion.

You have something against freedom?  It is nice to ride through a state where people are not wearing helmets, are wearing guns openly and are doing both on a CR250 in the fast lane.   It almost brings a tear to your eye.

Funny you should say that.  I saw a Polaris Ranger at the market today with an AZ plate.

Oh I agree with you guys totally, would probably move out of state, AZ or NV if I could but kinda hard to relocate my business. Besides too far to drive for D37 races and I would miss all of you way too much. Do wish I lived somewhere where there were more important things to worry about than smog testing dual sport bikes.

You can carry a holstered gun in plain view in California.  You just can't have any bullets in it.  That is just wrong!  What's the point?  Thats like buying a porno magazine and opening it up to find those little black boxes over all the areas of interest.  Not that I would ever buy any of those magazines or anything...  Government control, where will it end?
