Jackrabbits Cancelled

I am so bummed....just read on the D 37 message board that Jackrabbits race in January has been cancelled.  No clear answer why other than likely lack of manpower and $.  Was looking for forward to it as it was going to be a Sprint Enduro, which is a new to D37 race format.  Several races go cancelled in 2016, and having the very first race of the new year get scrubbed is not a good sign.
