I'll try this over here, not getting anywhere on the members only board.

We've beaten about the Kennedy Meadows idea but not set anything in stone. When can most people make that trip? Sounded like later in July was better, is that O.K.? I would be more than happy to organize it, with Russ's help, just need to pick a weekend.

What does the weekend of 7/21 or 7/28 look like for everyone? If not suggest another date and we'll take a poll, maybe that's the way to do it. If we get enough response we could have a meeting on Saturday night as well.
