I am challenging all Viewfinders!!! I am issuing a challenge for Dirt Diggers Scrambles, I want to see 20 viewie jerseys on the line! At 4 Aces there were 18, by far the most I have ever seen. At Dirt Diggers, if there are 20 Viewfinder jerseys on the line(or more), there will be a cool reward to all those present (non-racers also).
Who is in!?!?!

You beet me to it Hudy! I was going to put this out there too. I hope that everyone that races can make the Dirt Diggers weekend! We have started the year off great and I hope we can keep it going. Also, I know in the past we have been able to give some extra rewards to members who have gone above and beyond. Chris can we do a little something for some of those folks this year?
I am thinking of one person who has done an incredible amount of work for the club, D37 and racing in general. He has already had some recognition, but I think we should do something from the club.

After helping at Jack Rabbits and DMC, I WOULD PREFER to stay somewhat busy, rather than wait out there all day for 2 or 3 racers.
Julian and I have worked the Pits for several races with Just Gumby and JJ racing, gets a little boring.
I am 99% sure I can make Diggers, so I can help as needed.

Are DD planning any kids races or other activities on Saturday? Anybody know?
Maybe we should do a club BBQ/Dinner/potluck on Saturday if we're going to have a big turnout and there's nothing going on. Just a thought. You know me, I won't miss a Viewie party!

Just confirmed, no kids race or anything planned for Saturday. BBQ/Potluck sounds good to me. Really hope we can get everyone there and really dominate the start lines! It would be so awesome if we can pull this off!

OK then lets do this! I suggest the club buy the meat and we all pitch in with sides, etc. Shouldn't cost too much. I'll ask Russ if James can pull the BBQ out for us to use. Now let's hope the weather cooperates! DD race has been known to be a bit breathy!

Well I was hoping to mess with everyone by my last post about comming out. The Barney's will be there pooring fuel with wet rags for all.

Darlene (pitmom) her deal is having wet rags for all at the finish. If she leaves it to me they are very likely to have gas on them. >:D >:D

Oh good I thought you were talking about the towels around our tanks when you are dumping the gas!
This brings up a point I have been thinking about. We need to buy a bunch of cheap small towels for the purpose of wetting and to use for our riders. I will try to have this done before Diggers.

My plan was to have it Saturday afternoon before we eat. Going to keep it as short as possible. Mainly just some GP updates and not too much else has changed. I don't think before or after the race works to well for us racers. :)

Chris, John is telling you he is going to DRAG the MEETING OUT!!! Have it at 3:30 as intended. He'll move to adjourn the meeting when he gets hungry @ 5:30
