Title: Odelay Holmes!

One of my buddies from Barstow PD just sent me this photo.  We apparently have a new gang popping up around here called Beta 13.  Clearly identified by customary high socks and red clothes common to hispanic gangs.  If anybody sees anybody matching this photo in any of their local riding areas they are encouraged to remind them that boots should be placed in the gear bag before leaving for a riding trip.
