Title: RHR Desert Scrambles Roll Call
Post by: Norm Takaki on November 15, 2009, 08:33:31 pm: So who's going to race, and who's going help with the start.

I am planning to load up Sat morning then head out, I spoke with Keith this evening and he will be there Friday night.
Is anyone up for a play ride on Saturday after we setup the start ??

Post by: Chuck Frozina on November 16, 2009, 10:44:22 am: It's Chuckie !!! and yes my family is going to get there Friday night around 9-10pm is my guess. Luke will be racing the kid event on Sat and I will be racing Sunday.
Oh and I read a post on the Dist 37 boards that they increased the lap size to like 48 miles i think. And said they we're going to have a Gatorade bottle pit at around 10 miles to go. Due to thier worry on us 2 strokes making 48 miles.

Check it out and be sure you are on the correct start line.

The mighty XR600 which I have seen from these two recent enduros that I only have enough strength to control that thing for about 50 miles.

I know that feeling, Our Son John (The one @ KM) HAD an XR650R and I could ride it for only so loong, God forbid I got tired and stalled/fell and tried to start it.
And I DO fall/stall quite often :-[

No, I was droolin' Keystone, maybe! I dont recall !? Fine time at Viewie Camp Sat. evening! Donn, Kieth and myself solved all worldly problems someone told me.... The Viewies did a great service at RHR, and the start was fluid! Next time, you guys raid DD Camp for numerous pleasures! Thanks Again!
