I heard it was cancelled, but not from an official source.  Reps should know

If you are talking about the one on Halloween weekend, the last I heard they said it was cancelled because the BLM would not issue them a permit. The BLM needs to go to Dumont for some big Halloween thing that is going on there.

Having a little inside info, there are 6 "blackout" dates
Holloween
Veterens Day
Thanksgiving
New Years
MLK
Presidents Day
BLM has their hands full between Glamis and Dumont on those weekends.
Easter/Spring Break is another, but since it varies between many schools/etc, its not usually a problem.
