Arraignment information is as follows:
Richard Lawrence Kalfin Case No.: VA122281 on November 22, 2011 in Department 03 (Criminal), doors open at 08:30. Time of arraignment is not scheduled as it's based on priority, etc. So if you plan to attend be there on time, no cell phones, dress as though you are ready for court (clean cut), no weapons of any type are allowed, photo ID may be required as well so plan accordingly. Due to the nature of the cases called in criminal court it is probably not of best interest to bring small children.

Crap, I guess I need another vacation! I was looking at October. As much respect as I have for Dave I don't think I'll make this.

Still not sure I can make the court date yet, depends on how things go for the T G weekend prep.
