Kyle proposed to his Girlfriend Kari this weekend, many of you met Kari at last year's G.P. They've been living together for about 6 months. Kari has an adorable son named Degan who some have met; he will be at the race this year.
When you see Kari in signups ask to see her ring, she loves to show it off!
And please welcome her to the Viewfinder family.
-
Cool !!
Wishing them well and hope to see them both at the GP.
-
Sweet another younger lady and another young kid to move up the ranks! So when is Degan going to start racing? ;D
-
Nice Kyle did good!
CB
-
Congrats to Kyle, and Grandpa Donn

Soon we hope. Can't wait to get him on Nate's old bike. Tried to dump the quad once but no takers, now that its getting cooler hope to sell it so we can get him on a bike. Can't wait to bring along another generation of desert racers and District 37 followers. And Kari is excited to be a new family member of our family and The Viewfinder family.

If you find a buyer for the quad John has one for sale as well, good combo for Mom/Dad or Dad/Kid.
Is Nate moving up to a bigger bike ??
We still need to help Art 4Man get the mini bike rule changed so Dusty's Son can ride.
The more kids riding the better.

I got a YZ85 for him, so we should fit in now. Also with the nationals having a super mini class, he can have some fun now and not get mowed over.

Get married in the Arena ??? Wouldn't take much effort to have a RECEPTION IMMEDIATLY FOLLOWING THE CEREMONY @ Fairground's Sage Hall on Oct 6th Pot It would save someone a few$!!!
-
We can even put up the Big 6 arch to get married under! I'm with Keith, why wait?
-
You guys are GREAT! Good ideas, I LOVE the Big 6 arch as a backdrop. They told Pam they want to get married in the fall and this year our G.P. is in the Fall.
Now let's see how Kari takes the news!
-
With all the riders/family members who attend the GP, there has to be someone with the "official powers" to perform the ceremony ;D
Maybe someone from RUTS ??

Actually Uncle Mike is an ordained minister in Rose Ministries, we bought it for him a couple of years ago since he's always conducting sunrise services at the lake (well from behind his eyelids anyway). But it is official and he can sign a marriage license and be the "officiant" at a wedding.
However who among us could take him seriously for a wedding ceremony, besides how'd he hold the rings and bible with only one hand?

He seems to do well in-spite of His handicap, including tying ribbon and twine.
Taking Him seriously, thats another story :o

I will volunteer to hold the BEERS while He does his official duties.

No worries
The beer is always balanced on The Nub! It's holding more than one thing in his hand that's a problem. Mike surely understands the "don't spill the beer" philosophy.

I am sure we could glue some can koozies together and one side would fit over his arm, the other to hold the beer.
Sorry Uncle Mike, Just trying to make things easier for You.

Congrats Lil NayyyyKid! (=

Since were on the subject of kids, Adam started out on a PW50, then a TTR50, Then a TTR110, now a TTR125. Get this, He took a spin on My KTM 250 last T G weekend and did well.
All His previous bikes are still in camp with Us, just passed down to the younger kids. I think there were 10 or so kids last trip and I think all of them either ride or are learning.
Good to see families that ride together, hate to see those kids that don't get to camp, hike, fish and ride, etc.
A while back the whole camp was vacated for a few hours, between the bikes and Rhinos and a buggy, no one was left out. A Poker Run was set up and everyone went for a ride, great fun.
