As most of you know, I have been attending the California School of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu program for a year and I am nearly done. I am now working the school restaurant for the next 3 weeks (last day 12/21) at night M-Fri ... If you are interested in dining at the restaurant, please make reservations!

I may not be in there all nights because I still have class/lab work that we must also do .. so we rotate off and on but most likely, I will be in there!

So Jenn, I guess the club will not be needing the services of all those Lion Club Grill cooks or the catering companies ? It looks like you could a handle on the Viewfinders MC meal deals! ;)

Special for you my dear friend ... slow dry aged beef ... (hung up on a clothesline in the smog of Riverside, CA)& a side of nice Santa Ana winds ... sounds .. welllll.. crunchy/gritty/delightfully tasty!
