Planning a trip to Kennedy Meadows the weekend of June 21. Darrell Moore and Brian Anderson plus maybe a friend of Brians. Anyone want to join use?

that sounds like fun. will see how the knee is doing. Was thinking about going to Big Bear and riding the easy ways on their DS ride that weekend which might be a better bet for me.
I was thinking about getting a KM ride put together for later in the summer, say end of July like we've done before.

Been wanting to ride Kennedy for a long time. Not sure if I can make that weekend. Keep us updated if it's a go!

Would be awesome if you guys could join us. Going up Friday the 20th, and leaving Sunday nite or Monday moring. If I leave Monday I'll probably go down the back side and stop along the Kern River for the day.

I'm thinking about joining you all, I cannot comment at this point but it is on the radar. If I?m able to it would be a Friday evening and leave Sunday after noon.

Love to have you come up. We are going up Friday afternoon the 20th til Sunday night or Monday morning. Probably go to the Troy overflow. Definitely me, Brian Anderson and 1 or 2 of his buddies. Would your significant other come? My wife might go if there are some other gals are there. Call me if you want to discuss the plan.

I'm in!!! I have clearance from the tower with a flight plan to leave friday after work ariving 10ish friday night. Put up some type of signs directing me to the correct landing spot.
Kennedy here I come, it has bee a long time for this old dog.

Very cool Charlie. Pete is coming up Friday evening also. We are going to the Troy Overflow. Brian Anderson will probably be first up, I'll have him put up signs.

Did you camp at Troy Overflow? If so how was it?
Kyle has decided to have his bachelor party there next month (details to follow) and I thought it best to camp there as it will probably be a bit too rowdy for the campground.

It was fine just like it always has been. Not much changed in the over flow area

So we're all set to go for Kyle's bachelor party weekend of August 23, 2014. All are welcome. We're heading up Thursday afternoon and staying until Sunday. Troy overflow is the destination.

Due to my recent development with crashing a patrol car, I am pretty sore and a little banged up. I am going to have to pass on KM this weekend unfortunately. Hope you guys have a fun and safe time up there.

I'm gonna see if Grandpa and Grandma can pick up the kids for me on Friday and try to come up on Thursday evening or Friday morning for the day. Mandy is playing tackle football this year and has me coaching and our Kick Off event is on Sat so I won't be able to stay any longer.

Sorry all but couldn't work out getting the kids picked up for me to come out yesterday but I know you all had fun without me. Good Luck Kyle!

A HUGE thanks to everyone that came out. Pete spent the weekend and we had two great rides Friday and Saturday. Bike issues for Matt and Kyle and old age issues for me kept us off the trails Sunday but we had a blast.
What a BIG surprise when CB and Mike McDonald showed up, then along comes Russ and Josh and then Sandy on the Gold Wing! It really meant a lot to Kyle, Matt and I that you drove up to party with us Saturday night, glad I had enough food! Very entertaining as always.
