:(, OK, I thought Aaron told you about making plans on race weekends? Its a no, no. You must race! If I cant race I must live vicariously through the other club members, its in the bylaws somewhere, I saw it! 

Well, I'm at least racing one day, which is better than no days  and I'm glad that at least some men understand that you are never right and we will never listen to you!

I am thinking about coming out Friday night but it may be early Saturday morning. My race isn't until 1:30 and if I came Friday night, we wouldn't get there until at least 9:00.

From the D-37 site, 10.9 miles past Bessemer mine road, which is ?? miles past Camp Rock Road.

Heading south, go about 11 miles past Bessemer Mine Rd. Boone is on the left (eastside) of 247. Couple of miles on a good dirt road to the lake bed/ staging area. If you get to Landers ya gon to fur!!! Leave the lights on, Tara and I will be out after dark!.

Is this Means dry lake? I've heard horror stories about people getting stuck at Means. Sounds like Brian or Bob will be first, do you both have flags? I think Brian does. I'll be out early evening.

  Brian, If you are driving east bound on "Old Woman Springs Rd." or State Hwy 247 through Lucerne, past Camp Rock Rd. past Bessemer Mine Rd. it's about another 7mi - 10mi on the left is Boone Rd. there's also a OHV sign (like @ camp rock and Bessemer) on the rt at Boone rd. 247 is straight for a ways and about 100 yard past the Boone rd is a hard right hander, so if you hang a rt you went to far.

The rd in is good just DO Not go off road, stay on the rd to the lake and park on the lake wagon train style as there is no cover (Hills, or Rock piles)

Thanks, hope I don't spend too much time touring the Johnson Valley, but I'll find it.  I've never beat Sandy out to a race yet, but if I don't see any signs, I'll put some up.

We will be out Fri afternoon/early evening, don't have anything  with the Viewfinders logo on it, so I will pie plate it if needed.
If I get out that early, I will remain "Mobile" so we can move around if needed.
