I won't be able to make it either....I'm racing adelanto Sunday morning....
FAIL.
I know, I know! There is method to my madness though! Adelanto last year was my very first race..EVER....and I'm curious to see how much I've progressed since then!

So who went to Checkers and how did you do??
The Balsitis Boys and crew ran a pit for 4 riders. Jim McG had a good ride and rode the last 30 miles on a front flat. I survived w/ probably a mid class finish. Gumby diced w/ class rider Nic Garvin most the race and prevailed w/ a class WIN!!! Congrats. Willy (Long Lost) Pearson was out camping for the week w/ Pam and the Kids. He signed up for one loop and finished despite getting tangled w/ someone that left him w/ skin off his elbow and a smashed finger. Pete Medina came out Sunday AM for moral support and play riding also. GREAT WEEKEND of racing and weather! Checkers had us chase a lot of longgggg valleys to get us into many areas of tech that I did not recognize!!!
